Formal Beach
The event will be on the beach in the sand.
For Men:
◉ Dress pants (lightweight fabrics like linen or cotton are ideal).
◉ Dress shirt or an elegant guayabera (long sleeve or ¾ sleeve).
◉ Optional: lightweight blazer or linen jacket (not required, but welcome).
◉ Not allowed: shorts, t-shirts, or polo shirts.
◉ Shoes: dress shoes, loafers, elegant moccasins, or dressy sandals. Avoid flip-flops or
casual sandals.
For Women:
◉ Floor-length dress, flowing and elegant, in breathable fabrics (chiffon, silk, light
satin, etc.).
◉ Not allowed: short dresses.
◉ Shoes: elegant sandals, or flats (avoid thin stilettos that may sink in the sand).
We have a special wedding rate; however, please note that there is not a set of rooms pre-reserved, so we strongly suggest booking as soon as possible.
THE GROUP PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Luxury Room.
Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant onsite.
14 hours of national beverages (11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.) – see beverage list.
In-room minibar (Beer, Soft Drinks, and Water).
Use of the gym, ping pong tables, and billiards.
Sports facilities: soccer, volleyball, and basketball courts.
Use of tennis and squash courts during the day with prior reservation (extra charge applies
for equipment rental).
24-hour transportation service for guests within the hotel grounds.
TAXES AND TIPS
Check-in time: 15:00 hrs.
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
Guests staying at the hotel will begin their stay with lunch on the day of arrival and end
with breakfast on the day of departure.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children 0 to 6 years old stay free with their parents (1 child per paying adult, maximum 2
per room).
Children 7 to 12 years old pay the child rate.
In triple rooms, only 1 child per room is allowed.
From 13 years old and up, the adult rate applies.
